Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc.'s (TSX-V:CGW) Diamond drilling program passes enviroment review.

February 13, 2004--CONSOLIDATED GOLD WIN VENTURES INC. (CGW:TSX-V) had its Land Use Permit Application referred to the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board (MVEIRB) in April 2003, for review along with all other exploration applicants on the diamond properties in the Drybones Bay area of Great Slave Lake in the Northwest Territories, Canada.

On February 11, 2004, the company received notification that it has had its proposed drilling recommended by the MVEIRB to be accepted and is expecting the Federal minister to issue a drill permit for the program.

The company is proceeding in the normal course of business to prepare to conduct its drilling program this winter.
